This is a really gorgeous chair. Other than the base, which seems to be real metal, the chair uses cheap materials. For example, there is extra glue lines around the arms that start peel off. The seat is made from some sort of weird plastic that makes really loud noises when you re-adjust yourself in the chair that others can hear if you are on a phone call. My chair also shipped with a slight tear in one of the arm rests.
If this chair will be mostly decorative, then I highly recommend it for its price and looks. If you'll be using it on a regular basis however, I'd recommend getting a different chair.
