This island is great quality and is exactly as pictured and described. Following the instructions exactly, assembly was relatively easy. It took about an hour to assemble. Contrary to other on-line reviews, there were no missing screws / pieces and the granite top was relatively easy to lift and secure into place. This island is a great value for the money.

Received island in two heavy boxes. Well-packed and no parts damaged in shipment.

Assembly was straight-forward and all predrilled screw holes and peg holes were in perfect position. Had no trouble fitting pieces together. The finish is very nice and even has leveling legs. Seems solid, doors and drawers align well and hinged fold-down extension is very sturdy. Have no complaints about the island at all. Would order other items from this company (Homestyles).

We love this island in our kitchen, it has lots of storage space and was relatively easy to put together. We get compliments from everyone that sees it. Very sturdy and well worth the money, looks like it cost lots more.

As per reviews which provoked my decision to buy it; it is as shown and as described by satisfied customers.

Lots of storage space incl. larger items because of wide doors. I bought drop in wood organizers for deep, at-a-glance pull out drawer. All hardware, moldings, shelving are top notch. No disappointments. Hired a furniture restorer to assemble for me. He hated to admit it, but it was a nice piece-was impressed. It did take almost 3 hours to complete w/o any do-overs. Good instructions. After second try, found perfect counter chairs to perfect. First try -too wide for

leaf support clearance. Do not use this for food prep, chopping, drippy glasses..painted surface & marble not suitable for this use. My assembler snuffed when I told him about the buyers reviews..couldn't imagine anyone taking time to submit their experience..yes, imagine that.
