These nice covers gave renewed life to our fading, crumbling parson's chairs. We chose these over the similar Sure-Fit Cotton Duck Shorty Dining Room Chair Slipcover with a tie back, which sells for around $15 on Amazon, since we were afraid the fabric was not weighty enough on the others. We were also concerned that those $15 shorty covers were too narrow at the back and wouldn't fit a thick cushioned chair.

These Supreme covers are made from a decently weighty fabric and even the white color hides the dark leather base on our chairs. It's not up to better quality upholstery standards, but thicker than a cheap sheet. More like a twill pant weight, I suppose. It is a snug fit on our chunky chairs, which are probably larger than standard parson's chairs. Not mentioned in the description is a hidden elastic band to help fit at the lower back of the chair (where the other covers have a tie). So, these offer a sleek look instead of the more casual bow in the back with other covers.

Not sure how these will hold up over time but for this price these are a good deal.

Prior to this purchase I bought some less expensive covers from another store. I took them back and bought these. Even though they were twice as expensive, it was worth it. The fabric is much thicker and I feel they will hold up better over time. The color is quite nice too. While they are listed as "white"...I would call them more of a light cream, not stark white. That's the color I actually wanted anyhow so I am very pleased :) The cheaper covers I previously bought were listed as "natural" color and they were much too yellow. These are lovely!

These slipcovers fit my wooden-back dining room chairs well and clean up very nicely in the washer. One thing to note: They DO shrink in the dryer. This worked out great for me, since they were a little big on my chairs. Now they fit perfectly. However, I would not recommend putting them in the dryer if they already fit snugly.

Before I buy this one I bought the "Sure Fit CREAM Stretch Pinstripe" hoping it would look nice as the picture available on amazon. The 'sure fit strech' is easy to cover the chair and there is no elastic behind like this one. But my dissapointment is that the sure fit strech was too thin and didn't look nice covering a black leather chair. After this bad experience I saw the two review for this cover and decided to give a try buying only two.

I really like this cover because it's thick enough and looked nice over the black leather chair. The downside was right after I removed from the package, the cover had to be pressed and it was a little bit loose on the chair. Because I had to press the cover I decided to wash. I washed on cold and used the dryer on the low set.

Surprise, surprise, the cover shrank in the dryer. But ended up working for me. It became tight and fit on my chair and because of that it save me from the press.

I would say before wash and after it made a lot of difference on the visual.

So if this cover is good out of the package for you just be careful when you wash

On the other hand I also washed the sure fit strech and different from the supreme, the strech didn't shrink

I bought these chair covers to match my Sure Fit Twill Sofa cover. (I have one large room divided into living and dining room.) They fit perfectly! It is exactly what I expected and wanted. I believe they are pre-scotch guarded (which is helpful because they are white and in the dining room).

The fit is snug. The color is white. Very pleased!
