Excellent packing and shipping. I saw couple of reviews online having problem tightening the screws and to be honest it takes some time to tighten them but I don't think it was complicated at all. It was very straight forward if you follow the instructions. Have some patience and get it done. It is a bar stool and you want it secured for people sitting. Good product. rating 5 all the way.
