I liked the tablecloth very much, until I tried to use it the second time and found that it had shrunk 12 inches, even though I had followed the laundering instructions! Fortunately, I can use it with one less leaf in my table. (Which is why I still gave it 3 stars.) I was distressed, however, when I contacted Waterford about the problem--they essentially told me that it wasn't their problem, and to contact the actual tablecloth manufacturer. I did so, and have never heard a word.
