Pros: Looks great, functions as promised, easy to put together, seems sturdy.
Cons: Has almost no padding, so is not comfortable (I had to add a cushion). "Eco Leather" is not leather it's a plastic-based fabric. I don't expect leather for the price, but it's misleading to call it leather.

Looks just like the picture; tilts back easily; if you sit all the way back, you can definitely feel the lumbar support; the chair does dip down slightly when you sit on it (the assembly directions states that this is to be expected); rolls easily
