I have never been able to sleep in car but I tried this pillow when traveling back from Orlando,FL with a colleague and I was very impressed. He had one in the car and suggested I use it when I could not stop yawning. You have to turn it and flip it around a couple of times until you find the correct fit for your head and the position you are laying in. Once it felt right, Zzonk! I was out in under 5 minutes and slept great for almost 2 hours. It's an awesome travel pillow and I highly recommend it!
