I received this crib as a gift from my brother. It arrived on time and it was very well wrapped and boxed. At 8 months pregnant, I was able to put most of it together by myself after I got my husband and 4yo to put the drawers together in another room =). Instructions were easy to follow and I was done in about 2 hours (with frequent breaks!). Please note that the attached changing table is not standard size. I purchased the LA Baby 4 Sided Changing Pad 30", White and if fits perfectly. =)

I absolutely love this crib. I will say that the box it came it was extremely heavy, if I hadn't had a male friend here to assist me I wouldn't have been able to get it to the room (perhaps manufactures should look into sending it in two boxes). I am almost six months pregnant and managed to put it together just fine. A couple of the parts that slight damage, but purely cosmetic nothing that would affect the integrity of the crib. The storage is wonderful, I don't have a lot of room at the moment for a crib, dresser, and changing table so this product works well for small spaces. The only problem I had, and it wasn't with the crib, is that when purchasing it was recommended that I get the mattress and changing pad as well. I decided to, and they both arrived before they crib. Once I got the crib put together I tried to put the changing pad on the table and it was too large. Because the pad got here before the crib the return window has closed and I am stuck with a too large changing pad. So if you decide to get this crib make sure you check the dimensions of the changing table before getting the pad... and don't go with Amazon's recommendations.Best Deals for Athena Daphne Convertible Crib and Changer

it is impossible to find the youth mattress for this convertible crib, there for it is not convertible...the crib has been great until now. my child is 2 and the crib size required for the conversion to youth bed (mattress dimensions: 68" x 27 1/4") is not to be found anywhere. I wasn't sure about ordering a crib for my baby on the way online without seeing it in person first, but I am so glad I took the risk. I love this crib. Its cute and has ample storage and looks exactly as pictured. The changing table is smaller like other reviews have stated but is still really nice. My only complaint might be that it has only one mattress position which is really low and can't be raised and I'm 5'5 and can't reach all the way in without a step stool or something. That part doesn't bother me much for now though because my son will be sleeping in my bed for the first few months in a cosleeper, so by the time I actually have him sleep in the crib it should be easier to get him in and out. The other little problem was with it getting a scratch/ding in it from shipping it but it doesn't affect the safety or anything else really, its just cosmetic...Overall its a great crib for the price and great if you have to have it in your room or just don't have the space for all the nursery furniture but still want it all!
