This was my first bed/loft purchase and I'm 19 years old and assembled this myself. Very simple and looks great. The only thing I would recommend is purchasing a bunkie board. Other than that it's a great purchase, and I'm very satisfied.

Bought the loft for our 7 yr old son. Perfect compliment to his bedroom for now. Only thing is it's not strong enough for him long term. Has a 160 pound weight limit. We can't even lay in the bed with him due to weight restriction.Best Deals for Canwood Alpine II Loft Bed
This looked great online. The color was close to (perhaps a little whiter) an antique white. The problem was with the ladder, which did not have holes drilled for the hooks. The bed frame was damaged during shipping so it had to be returned. Only one shipping label was provided to UPS so they left the second box, with the ladder and rails. So, now we have this big box and will have to call Amazon to see if they want for us to ship. It is easier sometimes to shop in person.Honest reviews on Canwood Alpine II Loft Bed
I redid my daughter's bedroom she wanted a bed like this because her room is small. We had the worst time trying to get her bed. We had ordered from another store, twice and never got it. I went to and called every furniture store within 50 miles and nobody carried the loft beds, and the whole time she was sleeping on a cot. Thank god for amazon they had the best price, extremely easy to put together, and the bed is sturdy and beautiful. a few bolts were missing and a few too short to go through the wood and ladder, but good structure and good support.
