Shipping was a little late, but it shipped from California to Texas with free shipping so I couldn't really complain to much, it arrived in Houston on a Friday and they contacted me and informed me that be able to deliver it on Monday between 10 and 2, they showed up at 930. Thought I would have to assemble the entire bed but the drawer pieces were already together, all I had to do is put the beds together. That was easy. Disappointing part, I was not informed that the beds only came with 3 slats for each bed to hold the mattress, you have to buy the bed slat kit to complete it, didn't know that so instead I went to local lumber store and bought 4 / 1x6x 8 ft boards and cut them to fill the gaps between the 1x4s
