This is absolutely perfect to hold the Cheese Baker on a table without having to use mats or coasters. We've used it when doing a pot luck at other people's houses and it does the job great.

Nice brie baker rack. A little difficult to set the brie baker into, hot right out of the oven, but makes for a nice and convenient way to serve the brie in the baker and to transport it.

Love this so much, bought one for my mother and will likely purchase more as gifts. I use my brie baker with the recipe included (Cranberry Almond Brie) which gets rave reviews at parties. A little difficult to get the hot baker into the metal holder (sold separately) when it comes out of the oven, but once it's in, the warm brie is easy to transport and worth it. Even looks cute sitting out on the counter!
