I bought this tablecloth in order to cut it up and make smaller cloths for my lamp tables and coffee table at Christmas. I embroidered a sprig of holly on one corner of each using the jacquard design as a template in metallic gold thread. I am about to sew gold trimming around the edge. I live in West Africa so buying suitable fabric locally was out of the question. I am very pleased with the result and look forward to decorating the tables at Christmas.The fabric is fairly heavy and pretty good quality.
