I'm 5"11 180lbs and when sitting in this chair for long periods of time (4-5hrs) my lower back hurts when I get up. The cause for this is the bottom cushion presses against my lower spine while the second cushion from the bottom does not stick out enough to provide back support.
The threads on some of the cushions are coming loose. Very poor stitching work.
I purchased this last September and the seat cushion has already bottomed out. I can literally push down on the center of the cushion and feel the bottom board. This chair definitely was not made with support and comfort in mind.
If you want to looks this chair has it, but if you want comfort look somewhere else. After looking at Zuo's website their products are purely for style not comfort or quality.

Was really easy to put together. Supposed to come with 2 Allen wrenches. My pack was missing smaller wrench and 1washer. But luckily I had a set of Allen wrenches and had the size that was missing. As for the washer I just left one off, no big deal. Chair looks amazing.
