Bed arrived and a quick look revealed that the wood was slightly distressed and not the quality that was described or expected. After requesting instructions on how to return the item I was informed that the "free" shipping was no longer free and I had to refund the $45 cost. Then I was told there was a 25% re-stocking fee. Lastly, my cost to ship/return the crappy bed was $123.00 via Fed Ex (same way it came.) Definately a mistake and nightmare!

well very nice combo but when i bought it the price dropped 100$ and you need feet for this not to fall over i dont have a compatible frame. ill find one but im dissapointed that the price dropped as soon as i bought one.
