The only warning I would have for this item is that it is extremely heavy. Only a weight lifter could carry the carton by themselves. It took two young men to carry the cartons from the garage where the truck driver placed it with his mechanical lift, into our house. And each carton only contained a twin XL size to make up our split king. Assembly was not a problem for our son-in-law. The best news is that we saved about $1000 by not ordering it from the store where we bought our bed. The motors are quiet and work well, but the massage motor is too noisy not to disturb a bed mate.

I am writing this review from my half of our split king base. It is wonderful to be able to get comfy on my side while my husband is comfy in a different position on his side. The massage and wall hugger feature are great. It is also nice to slightly raise my husband's side to help with his snoring. My only regret is that we didn't think to check Amazon before purchasing from a local furniture store. I would suggest visiting a local store to test out the bed but ordering from Amazon. We could have saved a significant amount of money had we thought to check here first.
