I HAVE A VERY GOOD FRIEND THAT OWNS A FURNITURE STORE. THE VANITY'S HE HAD WERE EITHER TOO SMALL OR MY DAUGHTER DID NOT LIKE. I ORDERED THIS AND MY FRIENDS EMPLOYEES PUT IT TOGETHER FOR ME.

MY FRIEND TOLD ME HOW MUCH HE THOUGHT IT WAS WORTH. HAHAHAHA I PAID 100.00 LESS!!! GOOD FOR ME.

One of the hinges that holds the fold-up mirror was broken when I received it. I had to atach myself with new material from the hardware store. I also broke one of the cam-bolts that came with it and had to buy better quality ones.

However, now that it's together it works fine. Considering the price, not a bad deal. I just wish they packaged/shipped it more intelligently (i.e. not with the mirror piece attached).

The item was well packaged. However, the vanity wood was broken and glued back together so this happened before it was packaged and shipped. The vanity mirror will not closed completely. In addition, there are clipped pieces on the right side of the top of the vanity. Clearly all of the damaged happened before it was packaged. Also on the picture the seat looks white but when mines arrived I can't even began to tell you what color this seat is. There were two reasons why I bought this vanity set. First, I wanted black wood. Second, I wanted a white seat because my bedroom is black and white. All I can say is that I am far from happy with this. I would have loved to have shipped this right back but it would have just been yet another issue since it would have been almost impossible to put this back into the hugh box that it came in. The vanity is kinda small. My five year old grandson can sit on it and get on my Macbook Pro with no problems. I almost forgot the handles on the doors look cheap if you buy this you might want to invest in a pair of stainless steel ones since the vanity is real wood.

The directions were terrible as they told me to use the incorrect screws on the wrong part but I figured it out. The worse part was that the support beam across the bottom was missing from the box and I was missing screws! Also, the item was chipped and scuffed but it was clearly done before the item was packaged. I was able to assemble the item and it was sturdy enough...I like the item okay and it would be too much of a pain to return so I will just keep it. I wish I could get a partial refund but I doubt I will be getting it.
