Very nice for around our kitchen counter. They are comfortable and look better than I expected. I bought 4 and they were all easy to put together.

I order 2 sets of these stools (so 4 stools total). Upon opening the boxes, 1 box was missing the stretchers (think wood pieces that are around the mid section of the stool). Called customer service (was a Saturday) and left a message explaining the problem. First thing Monday morning I had an email stating they had received my message and I would be hearing from them. A call came soon after. Customer rep was fabulous, apologized for the error and promised to have the parts shipped that day. I explained the problem, trying to stress that 1 box of missing parts meant I was missing parts for 2 stools. A few days later a box arrived, but with stretchers for only 1 stool. I kind of saw this coming and called again. Different customer service rep, but again super sweet and apologized profusely for their mistake. Final set of stretchers arrived a few days later. All the stools are put together and the kiddos have been using them constantly for meals and homework. They are very nice looking and seem quite sturdy. Hubby loves that they have padded seats. Great product backed up with awesome customer service!

I bought these stools to go with a table I had purchased from another vendor. They were a perfect match and look great with the table. They came packaged great, there was no damage, and they were easy to assemble. Glad I chose the stools over chairs!
