Really Pleased by the value and cost. Ordered two for sons in college and these sofas are holding up well. So, for the price and extreme ease of delivery, would order this lounger again in a heartbeat. Lastly, I have ordered hundreds, maybe thousands of items on Amazon and have never written a review until now.

If you want a sofa looking object that you will never use, and you have $300+ that you can't do anything better with then buy this lounger. We bought this because it was free delivery, and the price seemed decent. We bought things from Amazon for years but this is the worst decision ever! It is very uncomfortable, the wood frame is very close to the thin layer of cushioning and it was sagging in the middle from day one. Less then a month after we bought it a spring came loose and it is sticking out in the bottom, less than three weeks later a second spring did the same and this makes half of the sofa unusable. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, BUY ANOTHER LOUNGER/SOFA. There is one Star just because there is no way to leave ZERO stars or minus.

I ordered this couch for 300 off amazon and it came in about a week. Shipping was easy with Pilot, they brought it upstairs to my apartment and I put it together. This couch is hard and I don't recommend sleeping on it without a pad, which completely defeats the purpose of a click clack sleeper... It's also not cream, its more of a dark khaki color..

I'm slightly disappointed, but it still looks nice.
