I purchased these two desks for my home office and expected a quality product for the price I paid. These are very simple tables/desks that were not constructed well. The drawers are flimsy at best and do not sit flush in the desks. For the money, you can find a much better desk than this one.

For the money its a good working home desk. Came in one large box with a lot of foam packing. Nothing broken but a lot of work to not make a mess with the foam.

Very little to put together so that was a plus, however the front of the desk had some very deep scratches on it that will need to be sanded down and refinished. Kind of a drag especially since the desk was so pricey. Other than that inconvenience it is a beautiful desk and works well with the other Arts and Crafts style tables I have in my living room.

The desk arrived with damage to one corner. It looks like fiber board (MDF) where it was smashed. One side of the desk was put together with no glue, NOT enough glue, NO glue. The shipping box was in poor shape. Now I have to ship the thing back with a box that is not ship worthy along with weighing 100 lbs.. By the looks of the box this thing has made some rounds. The box with the hutch looked OK but I did'nt bother to open it. I'm 1 for 3 so far on Internet purchases. Roll the dice if you like. If you get it in one piece with no defects I'm sure you'll get what you pay for in the picture. Looks like I'll have to make my own.
